5Q's w/Brian Elliott, David Feagan "Age of Bryce" Directors
#1: Can you describe your movie and why somebody should see it in less than 140 characters?
Age of Bryce is a coming of age story – for the parents and the kids.
#2: What do you want the Borrego Springs Film Festival audience to know about your film that isn’t obvious from its title?
What’s portrayed is a classic good and evil clash between our inner Sheila Broflovski (Kyle’s mom - South Park) and an 8-year-old Macaulay Culkin.
#3: What is your movie making background? Tell us about yourself.
David is a professional freelance sound person and graphic designer; Brian teaches film at Baylor in Texas and freelances as a writer/producer/etc. on the side.
#4: What was the biggest lesson learned in getting your film made?
Hire people smarter than you.
#5: What does the future hold for your film and you?
Age of Bryce is nearing the end of its 2-year festival run and hopefully will show up on an online platform somewhere in 2021. For Brian and David – naps. More naps.
