#1: Can you describe your movie and why somebody should see it in less than 140 characters?

The consequences of having an Original Idea. It starts with a man walking into a Tiki bar. Any good story starts that way.

#2: What do you want the Borrego Springs Film Festival audience to know about your film that isn’t obvious from its title?

O.I. stands for Original Idea. I'm bad at names.

#3: What is your movie making background? Tell us about yourself.

I started in theater and went minimalist as soon as I figured out what Directing was. It taught me a lot about working with actors. Started working on movies in 2005. Life happened for a while, got married, had a kid. After the shock wore off my wife and I decided to make our own stuff. And here we are.

#4: What was the biggest lesson learned in getting your film made?

Be open to change, because stuff changes all the time.

#5: What does the future hold for your film and you?

We're in post production on our next short, then setting sights on a feature.
