QUESTION#1: Can you describe your film in one sentence?:
A young woman visited by two time-travelers is shocked to learn that in matters regarding climate change, humans will never change even when presented with facts that would push their species to extinction.
QUESTION#2: What would you like the BSFF audience to know about your film that they wouldn't consider from it's title?:
First and foremost it is a comedy.
QUESTION#3: Can you tell us about yourself and your filmmaking career?:
I am primarily a writer. The Problem with Time Travel was my directorial debut at age 70.
QUESTION#4: What have you learned in the process of making your film?:
First: Know your script up and down, back to front, and side to side. Know in every scene where you want your audience to go. These two things are important for on that the first day on the set, when someone approaches you(and they will) and asks, "What if we..." you will know immediately whether their suggestion will add value to your finished product. And second: Don't be hard-headed and refuse a suggestion that does add value to the final product.
QUESTION#5: What's does the future hold for this film and you?:
We are entered into a number of festivals, so we'll see how it is received and hope we do well.
