A heartfelt story doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive to share a message that moves an audience.
#3: What is your movie making background? Tell us about yourself.
American Dream Cinema has been creating documentaries and short films for over 25 years. Devin Scott is the writer and editor of The Man I Want to Be. Making films and other visual pieces are all he & his wife, Jeanne Scott/Producer, have ever wanted to do.
#4: What was the biggest lesson learned in getting your film made?
The biggest reward is still the affirmation from viewers who have been positively touched by your film.
#5: What does the future hold for your film and you?
Hopefully, The Man I Want to Be will make the world a little bit better place, where we all can open our hearts and appreciate that we are different, yet we are the same. We hope to continue the with the film festival circuit with this film, and are now in the planning stages to make another short film (comedy) with this creative style.
