Game Hawker

Shawn Hayes, a city kid from a rough neighborhood east of LA, finds a lifeline when he discovers the ancient art of falconry — and a rare new connection to the natural world.

As we learn his story and both the history of American falconry and how it rescued the Peregrine falcon, we watch Shawn fly his birds in the White Mountains near his home in Bishop, California — and become an ambassador for American falconry across the world.
